There are experiences and systems that would have us live small, shame minimized, and fixated on alterations of self.  It is my mission to support your fullness, your great form, your pleasure in beingness, and your heart's unique blueprint for the creation of your life.

My lived experience is as a mixie (Haudenosaunee / Scottish / French) , cis woman (she / they), queer, survivor and thriver.  I am a water loving, deep sea sailing, cold ocean plunger, a runner, biophiliac and word nerd.

My experience includes over 20 years as a counsellor,  group facilitator and mental health worker in Social Services where I have specialized in alcohol and substance use, psychosis and post-traumatic growth. I have trained in, and particularly enjoy the modalities of Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness Psychotherapy.  My own healing odyssey brought me to Buddhism at a young age and 35 years of Dharma practise and meditation inform my being as well as my work.

I currently practise as "Soul Craft Counselling & Coaching", where I combine the empowerment of coaching, with the healing of counselling for a unique and potent alchemy of soul nurturing and aspiring.
